Joey finished his regular baseball season with a huge smile on his face, when he learned he was chosen for Moraga's 8 year-old All-Star team. He was a stand-out hitter and first baseman, according to Coach Daddy (who couldn't vote for his own kid, so no nepotism was involved!), and he can't wait to play with the 11 other boys (including best friends Andy and Isaiah) who were chosen to play in two All-Star tournaments over the summer!
Amazingly, the girls can't wait for the All-Star games, either... they've been in baseball withdrawal since the season ended two weeks ago, and can't wait to get back to the sidelines, where snacks, toys, friends, grandparents and cousins abound!
