Although this mom doesn't have a drop of Italian blood in her, I'm determined to nurture our little half-Italians' skills in the kitchen. One of their favorite things these days in making homemade pasta with our new pasta attachment on our mixer. As Uncle Jeff said when he saw our new kitchen for the first time, we have the perfect wooden island top for laying out fresh pasta! Here's two little pasta makers in action!
