October Madness

March has nothing on October in our house... this is the month when life really starts to feel hectic! With school in full swing, a different sports practice at every turn, and all things pumpkin popping up on the calendar, we had a very busy month! Here's a peek at our madness!

Joey started CYO basketball (while he was finishing up his soccer and fall baseball seasons).

We squeezed in a few family dinners at the dog park, tailgating style.

Fireman Mark visited Clara's kindergarten, and Clara was the cool cat who actually knew this rockstar!!

Molly is determined to master her scoot bike.

The parish festival hit all the right notes... barbecue, beer, cotton candy, and face painting!

Molly's preschool class had Farm Day, which involved a class photo that proves she's on the teeny end of the spectrum. She's in the blue fourth from the right, not be mistaken for any of the other girls with "white" hair.

And here she is sporting skinny pants and making us wonder if she really is a Raley-Cecchin.

The car nap happens way too often when you have an hour to kill between preschool pickup and kindergarten pickup.

We carved pumpkins wit just a couple of days to spare before Halloween!

And most importantly, we welcomed baby Luke, the newest of the Stecher brood!! I was able to meet him when he was just an hour old, after leaving my own brood at home just as Tim walked in the door from work. He was quite the sensation at home in Daly City, and abroad in Moraga, and we even made him his own little pumpkin :)
