Snapshots

I downloaded the new Hipstamatic photo app on my phone a week ago, and barely had a chance to use it before it was commandeered by my tech-savvy children.

The photos I found in my gallery, taken with the "new camera," seem to capture this time better than any of the hundreds of photos I've taken over the last few months. It's a hazy, shadowy, saturated take on life that makes me want time to stand still.
