I know, this raincoat and rain boot combo is just too much. It's hard to say which is cuter, the little girl, or her clothes.

I faced the same quandary, until she sweetly turned to her brother, and proclaimed,

"Joey, did you see my boots? Watch out, I'm going to kick you in the head!"
